that when I first looked at the charts (before
this trip) I had a hard time relating to the information. I
always felt comfortable with road maps - I can still remember my Mom
teaching me how to follow the road routes and find the towns that we
were passing on the maps - AND it was one of my fonder memories
teaching my own (then) seven year old daughter to do the same while we
were in England. By the end of the two weeks - she was quite good
at finding where we were and picking out routes!! In any case - I
found it frustrating that I was having such a hard time relating to the
charts. But I finally got it this trip! One of the things
that really helped was being able to look at the float plan and then
going to the charts to find the marks. Also, I appreciate the
time you took explaining it all to me, and answering my
